A Dojo Rooted in Ancient Tradition
Dean's Okinawan Martial Arts teaches Shorin-Ryu Matsumura Seito - one of the oldest and most respected lineages of Okinawan karate, tracing directly to the great Master Matsumura Sōkon.
We train the whole person. Discipline, focus, and physical strength are built together. Students leave not just as skilled martial artists, but as grounded, honorable individuals.
Our dojo is a place of serious study, mutual respect, and lifelong development. We are open to all who are willing to commit to the work.
Classes & Schedule
- 4 – 15
Youth Karate
Foundational karate, kata, and kobudo instruction. Children develop discipline, confidence, and respect alongside physical skill.
Mon & Wed · 6:00 – 7:00 PM - 16 & Up
Adult Karate
Comprehensive Shorin-Ryu training including empty-hand kata, bunkai, and traditional Okinawan self-defense applications.
Tue & Thu · 6:00 – 8:00 PM - Certified Instruction
CPR Training
American Heart Association certified CPR and First Aid training. Open to dojo members and the wider community.
